After years of struggling to consistently exercise, get control of my binge eating, and obtain self-confidence, I got to a point where I decided enough was enough. I was insecure, unhealthy, and not living my life to the fullest. I made it my mission to figure out how to become healthy and find the self-confidence that I craved. 

Through a lot of hard work, research, and experience, I discovered the tools that led me to where I am today, healthier, happier, and more self-confident than I thought was possible. These same tools built the foundation for Rachel Leigh Health's Personal Training Program.

Fat-Burning Workouts

RLH workouts last around 45 minutes and work your entire body. They include all aspects of fitness and utilize the fat-burning strategies of circuit training and high intensity interval training. 

Flexible meal plans

There is so much nutrition information on the internet, it can be hard to decipher what is a fad and what is based on science. Together we will create a flexible meal plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
